Cambodian calls Porng Tea Khor (ពងទាខ)
Duck egg stew is my favorite dish too. Sometimes, my mother stew duck eggs with pork or pork leg.
This dish can be stored for 2 to 3 days, just heat it 3 times a day.
This food is also popular in Cambodia during Pchum Ben and Khmer New Year, they often stew duck egg with pork to give to the monks at the pagoda.
