Duck egg stew
Cambodian calls  Porng Tea Khor (ពងទាខ)
Duck egg stew is my favorite dish too. Sometimes, my mother stew duck eggs with pork​ or pork leg. 
This dish can be stored for 2 to 3 days, just heat it 3 times a day.

This food is also popular in Cambodia during Pchum Ben and Khmer New Year, they often stew duck egg with pork to give to the monks at the pagoda.
